We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). All our doctors are registered by the General Medical Council (GMC) and our pharmacists are registered by the GPhC.

2. Who can apply and how to sign up

You have to live in the UK and be at least 18 years old (except 16 years old for the contraception service) to use our services. When you register, you must give accurate and complete information, and you must keep your account information private and confidential. You are responsible for all actions undertaken on your account.

3. Our services

We offer healthcare services online, such as consultations, prescriptions, and delivery of medication and other health-related items. All consultations are reviewed by licensed healthcare professionals. Treatment is only given if it is clinically suitable.

We do not provide emergency medical care. For emergencies, call 999 or go to the emergency service closest to you.

4. How it works

Depending on the service, you may be asked to:

  • Fill out an online questionnaire which forms the basis of the online consultation
  • Upload videos, photographs or other relevant supporting documents for verification.
  • Agree to our terms and conditions and our privacy policy

Our prescribers may:

  • Approve your request and issue a prescription.
  • Ask for more information
  • Decline the request, suggest an alternative or discuss with you further if clinically inappropriate.
 
  1. Orders and payment

Orders will only go through once approved by our clinical team. There is no contract until we send you confirmation of acceptance. Prices are shown clearly before you check out and include VAT. Payment must be made in full at the time of the order. For orders that require video verification or photo verification of ID, you will be asked to provide these once payment has been made. Please note your order is only ready to be processed once payment has been made and verification has been approved.We reserve the right to refuse an order if:

  • The medicine is not available.
  • You don’t meet the eligibility criteria.
  • The information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete.
 
  1. Delivery

 

We only deliver within the UK mainland. At checkout, you can choose delivery options. While we try our best to meet the estimated delivery dates, sometimes delays can occur, often out of our control. Once delivered, the products become your responsibility.7. Returns or cancelationsPlease refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Below are a few points to note:

    • Prescription drugs cannot be returned unless they are faulty or were sent in error.
    • You have 14 days to cancel non-prescription, non-medical items that have not been opened and are in re-saleable condition.
    • Orders that require assessment by a prescriber or consultation can only be cancelled before the review has begun.
