Premature ejaculation is when a man ejaculates sooner than he would like sometimes leading to feelings of frustration for one or both partners and often embarrassment. It is more common in older men, however it can affect men of all ages, and is often linked to stress. However, if you suffer from premature ejaculation, there is no need to worry as we have just the medication for you.

The treatment for premature ejaculation comes in 2 forms. The first type is topical treatments such as sprays and creams. These can be applied to the penis up to half an hour before sex to help reduce sensitivity allowing you to last longer before ejaculating. The other option is a tablet called Priligy/Dapoxetine, which can be taken up to 3 hours before sex. We can provide you with the necessary treatment, following a brief and confidential online evaluation. Once the preferred treatment has been chosen, we will deliver the medication to your chosen address in discreet packaging so nobody else needs to know.
Priligy (dapoxetine) – A. Menarini Farmaceutica Internazionale
Priligy is used to treat premature ejaculation in adult men. It’s taken as an oral tablet 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity, rather than on a daily basis. It works by increasing serotonin activity in the brain, helping improve control over ejaculation and prolong the time before climax.
Priligy is commonly associated with nausea, headache, dizziness, and diarrhoea, which are among the most frequently reported side effects. Insomnia, fatigue, and dry mouth have also been noted. Dapoxetine can cause a significant drop in blood pressure upon standing (orthostatic hypotension), leading to light-headedness or, in some cases, fainting – particularly shortly after taking the dose. It is strongly advised not to take Priligy with alcohol, as this significantly increases the risk of these cardiovascular and neurological side effects. Patients should be counselled to sit or lie down if they feel faint.
Emla Cream 5% – Aspen Pharmacare
Emla is a numbing cream applied to the skin usually before minor procedures, such as injections or cosmetic treatments. It’s applied 30–60 minutes beforehand to reduce discomfort during the procedure. However, it is also useful in reducing premature ejaculation in men.
EMLA cream is generally well tolerated when applied topically. The most common local effects include temporary blanching (whitening) or redness of the skin, mild swelling, and a feeling of warmth, tingling, or numbness in the treated area, all of which resolve after the cream is removed. Itching at the application site may also occur. Systemic side effects are uncommon when the cream is used as directed on intact skin for appropriate durations, though overuse or application to large areas can, rarely, lead to systemic absorption of lidocaine or prilocaine with associated effects.
