The active ingredient is menthol 4% w/w. Also contains a blend of botanical extracts including ilex and camphor for scent — the full list appears on the pack.
Apply a thin layer of gel over the affected area and massage in gently. Use up to three to four times a day as required, and wash your hands after applying.
