Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and clinical approval (if applicable).

Orders placed after 2pm or during weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Where additional information is required after checkout, please provide this promptly to avoid any delays in dispatching your order.

International Delivery

We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to customers within the UK.

Royal Mail Safeplace

If you nominate a Safeplace (e.g. shed, porch, neighbour, etc.) with Royal Mail, delivery to that Safeplace counts as delivery to you.

Once Royal Mail confirms delivery to your chosen Safeplace, the parcel becomes your responsibility. We cannot replace or refund items stolen from a customer-nominated Safeplace.

If Royal Mail leaves your parcel in a Safeplace without your instruction, and it goes missing, please contact us. In this case we will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel cannot be recovered.
